Partial, Canada’s most exciting online art marketplace and platform, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Consultant to help us tell our story, grow our digital presence and build awareness of the company across Canada.

About the Role:
With a core focus on storytelling through digital media, the ideal candidate would be passionate about strategic planning, implementation and execution of social media and SEM/SEO campaigns. A passion for art would also certainly be a bonus.
Core Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for the production, maintenance and distribution of digital media including but not limited to social media and Partial’s blog.
As part of your role, you will:
- Create, organize and execute on digital marketing campaigns (organic and paid SEO/SEM and social media campaigns)
- Draft content (including articles, interviews, featurettes) for Partial’s blog
- Schedule and upload across Partial’s social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
- Analyze & provide metrics on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Make recommendations and report on campaign efficacy
- Collaborate with Partial’s team on marketing campaigns and work closely with Partial’s Jr. Graphic Designer for collateral production
- Bring a working knowledge of Google Ads, videography/video editing and photography skills for social media (preferred but not required)
Experience
You will have:
- 2+ years of proven digital marketing experience
- Experience managing social media channels including, but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter;
- Experience with paid social media campaigns on various platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Knowledge of how to create ads for Google, Facebook, and Instagram to help promote Partial;
- Experience with SEO/SEM, Email Marketing, and CRM
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Strong understanding of website and media analytics and how to implement changes to improve outreach based on analytics;
- Functional skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere
- Experience with a content management system (Later); and,
- Strong writing and content creation abilities in the form of articles, listicles (experience with interviewing, sourcing story leads, and presentations will be considered an asset)
- Ability to multitask
- A genuine interest in the visual arts, Canadian artists, and art!
Commitment & Compensation
- Part time: 18-25 hours per week
- Six-month contract with possibility of extension
- Compensation: $19-$25/hour based on experience
- As all hours will be fulfilled remotely, this position is open to qualified candidates anywhere
